1.Input keywords relevant to your desired search title.
2.When using "Book title", "Author", "Publisher" as search titles, please use the corresponding search fields. Words/Phrases may be separated out using "space"; Boolean search with "AND" is also possible.
3.To define your search using "Era", "Category", "Details", "Literary form" and "Year of publication" fields, please choose the appropriate search classification from the menu.
4.The total of search hits is shown on the results screen.
5. Click on the button marked "Search". To redefine your search conditions please click the button marked "Reset".

1."Book title", "Author", "Publisher" "Era classification", "Category", "Details", "Literary form" and "Year of publication" may all be included as search titles.
2.Boolean search (using Boolean logic/operators) instructions are as follows:
　1)"and", when placed between two words in the search field will generate search hits in which the two words appear together.
　2)"or", when placed between two words in the search field will generate search hits in which either of the two words appear.
　3)"not", when placed between two words in the search field will generate search hits in which the second word does not appear.

1.Navigating the results screen: When a large number of search hits are produced they may be displayed on more than one screen. Click the "next page" link at the bottom left of the screen to move to the next page of hits.
2.To return to the search screen, please click the "Return to search screen" link.

Regarding possible search titles:
1.On the search screen combinations of "Book title", "Author", "Publisher", "Era", "Category", "Details", "Literary form" and "Year of publication" may be used as search titles.
2.Rearch keyword settings: Input the search title keyword in the search title keyword field. 3.Carrying out a search: Input a search keyword and click the "Search" button.
4.Search Results/Hits: On the search results list the number of hits shown can be adjusted using the corresponding pull-down menu.

9	Publication year menu	To search by publication year choose from this menu. It is possible to specify a range of years.
10	Display results	Here you can adjust the number of results displayed on a results screen.
11	Keyword search field	Input search keyword here. Boolean search factors ("and" "or" etc) may be added.
12	Search button	Click here when you have inputted your search conditions to start your search.
13	Clear button	Clear any input of search conditions.
