INAS 2021 is run on Zoom. To receive Zoom information, register at https://forms.gle/NMf7oMiVzpDJVDpf6 (information will be sent by May 26; registration is free of charge). Make sure that your Zoom is version 5.6.5 or later. Four Zoom rooms are provided. All plenary events will be held at Room 1, while paper sessions are at Room 1 to 4. Time is based on Central European Summer Time (CEST).
Use “Share Screen” function of Zoom to share your PowerPoint or PDF file. Only real-time communications are expected and no pre-recording is planned. Test your slides before your session starts. Stick to your time slot so that audiences can easily find you. Each session is chaired by the last (3rd or 4th) presenter (or their coauthor) in the session (chairs keep time). Allocated to each session, local staff at Seikei University is happy to provide you technical support.
